Before confirming an order

Review the model, colour, size, photos, price, total and delivery charge shown at checkout. Sizes depend on current stock. Submitting an order does not mean stock has been deducted or availability guaranteed before confirmation. If there is a pricing or availability error, we will contact you to explain the correction. We will not substitute the model or change the price without your agreement, and any payment will be refunded if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Product photos & descriptions

The product photos and description on the purchase page are the reference for your choice. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting; this does not justify a material difference from the description. “Mirror” is a classification used by the store for some models and does not indicate approval or agency status from the brand owner. Ask us about any unclear detail before buying.

Last-size discount

The 40% discount applies to products with only one available size remaining, not to every product or every size with one unit left. The offer ends if more than one size becomes available again. The amount due is shown before confirmation; no additional discount is automatically applied to the displayed price. Any refund is based on the amount actually paid.

Returns & exchanges

You may request an exchange or return and refund within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. For change-of-mind returns of website orders, the customer pays the courier's return delivery charge, which is explained before collection is arranged. Any better terms agreed at purchase will be honoured; new charges will not be applied retrospectively to earlier orders. Items should remain in their condition at sale: try shoes on a clean surface and keep their packaging and accessories. Changes caused by customer use may prevent a change-of-mind return, but do not cancel rights concerning a defect.

If a defect or a mismatch with the order becomes apparent within 30 days of receipt, you may request an exchange or return at no additional cost. A valid claim is addressed within one week of submission, with a refund through the original payment method under the applicable rules. Legal rights also apply to discounted products. When an order is cancelled for late delivery in circumstances covered by law, the store pays return shipping and delivery expenses.

How to make a request

1. Contact our official number with your order number or verifiable proof of purchase.
2. Explain your request, model and size. Photos can help explain a defect; filming the parcel opening is not a condition for exercising your rights.
3. Arrange collection by a courier with us and keep the handover receipt. We inspect the item's condition and confirm that it matches the order, then explain the result and the reason for any refusal.

Protecting customers and the store

We inspect returned products to verify their identity and condition. Substituting another item, tampering or providing misleading information is not permitted. The store may refuse fraudulent requests or misuse of the service for a documented reason, without affecting valid orders or retaining money without justification.

The Mr Kotchy name, store identity and original content must not be impersonated or commercially reused without permission. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. The store does not claim agency status or a commercial affiliation unless expressly stated and supported by evidence.
